A Visual Journey

Thaipography is a publication embarking on a visual journey across the Kingdom of Thailand. Illustrating an eclectic collection of typographic forms, produced on a great variety of different materials, found in their natural environment.

Capturing these images, became a daily obsession during my time in the country. I began to notice these objects which are usually overlooked as banal elements of everyday life.

This book and the accompanying typeface were conceived as a way to showcase this pictorial archive and allow everyone else to gain a fresh perspective and appreciation for ‘Thaipography’.
